Roles We Recruit For
We are building our team and looking for exceptional people to join us.
Support Worker
Our Support Workers are the heart of our service. Working in our 4-bedroom shared house in Chelmsford, you will provide day-to-day support, encouragement, and companionship to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. This is supported living, not residential care -- our residents are tenants with their own tenancy agreements.
- ✓ Deliver person-centred support using the Active Support model
- ✓ Support with personal care, meals, and daily activities in a shared house setting
- ✓ Encourage independence and community participation using Positive Behaviour Support
- ✓ Maintain accurate records and communication
- ✓ Work as part of a dedicated, supportive team
Senior Support Worker
An experienced care professional who leads shifts, mentors colleagues, and takes responsibility for care planning and coordination.
- ✓ Lead and coordinate shift teams
- ✓ Develop and review person-centred care plans
- ✓ Mentor and support new team members
- ✓ Liaise with families, professionals, and commissioners
- ✓ NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (or willingness to work towards)
